It is a cathedral in Russia's capital, Moscow. It was made/commissioned by Ivan the 4th A.K.A Ivan the terrible. The construction for it started in 1550 and ended in 1560, it is built in a area called Red Square. The cathedral is beautiful, it has 8 distinctive onion shaped towers but in reality they are separate chapels. It is very distinct and it should not be confused with the kremlin for the simple reason that it has a 9th tall spire in the middle. This type of church is made with a type of architecture called "onion dome" and it resembles Russian architecture. You see most of these types of domes in Russia, Ukraine, or other Bavarian countries.
